This is an Urban Indian Princess' story of redemption.
Blue and Rose have been friends for as long as they can remember. Crow's Nest is their very own Home away from Home. Thunder and lightning bring them there. A place of refuge in the urban decay. A glimpse of the upside down world that thrives in the urban landscape. Fallout from generations raised without their teachings. Others who forgot. A tale of remembrance, Crow's Nest gives honor to the legends of those who travel to the edge to find their way Home.

This theatrical collaboration between Anishnaabe choreographer Olivia C. Davies’ and Coast Salish / Sahtu-Dene storyteller Rosemary Georgeson with aerialist, Emily Long tells the story of Blue and Rose. A tale of remembrance. Crow's Nest is set in a landscape of urban decay where the fallout of a generation raised without teachings results in lives lost, and friends remembered. Told through aerials, dance, song and storytelling, Crow's Nest honors the multitudes of Indigenous women who travel to the edge to find their way Home.
