This unique show concept invites the audience to attend a concert where two pianos clash, speak and complete each other in a fusion of classical and jazz music. Undisputed masters of improvisation, these two virtuosos, Matt Herskowitz and John Roney, take pleasure in revisiting jazz standards and great classics pieces to bring it in new trails. They closed the Montreal Jazz festival in 2015.
If you do not have 2 grand pianos, let’s discuss how we can help you with this little obstacle.

Matt Herskowitz graduated from Julliard and John Roney is professor at the University of Montreal. They would be happy to do masterclasses or workshops.

Piano Cameleons launched its debut album in September 2016.

Quotes from Presenters on Piano Cameleons’ performances

Messrs Herskowitz, and Roney, gave a truly extraordinary and memorable concert, which will be indelibly etched into the annals of our series. We received countless appreciative comments on concert night. The audience very much enjoyed and appreciated the artists' commentaries on each piece. The artists received several lengthy standing ovations and the stock of CDs sold feverishly.

Matt and John earned their standing ovation, a rare event here in Port Hope. They were a pleasure to work with and played fantastically. A class act that I am recommending to all my colleagues without reservation.

The concert was terrific. The whole team were a joy to work with according to our tech team. The video aspect was greatly appreciated especially by some of our younger members who were less familiar with the challenges of piano playing. That set up added a new layer of interest. The calibre of playing was superb and we have had good feedback from our patrons.
