On his recent WCMA nominated Recording, "Doc Goes Hollywood" John teamed up with Tower of Power's Doc Kupka and Maestro, William Ross, music director for the Oscars, Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli and Barbara Streisand. The CD is a brilliant contrast of John Lee's bluesy voice and a big production cinematic score. 
He's Performed with Willie Nelson, Stevie Wonder, Freddie King, Dr. John, Chuck Berry, Jimmy Page, Tower of Power, Starship, and many blues, jazz and pop legends

Now accepting bookings for concerts and workshops, John performs an authentic and masterful display of Southern Louisiana roots music, encompassing Louisiana Zydeco, Boogie Woogie & New Orleans Gospel Piano, and original songs that have appeared on Network Television, and Grammy Nominated Blues Recordings. 
John Lee was music director for many years with the late Long John Baldry, where he brought the house down all across Canada and Europe in his solo segments on the Baldry shows.   
He is also available for workshops in Gospel Choir, and New Orleans Rhythm and Blues.
